ICM is focused in a large area that is prospective for Fluorspar, also known as fluorite, is a critical mineral essential to U.S. industry and clean energy development. China is a net importer of this mineral.  It is  commonly used in steelmaking, aluminum production, and the manufacturing of fluorochemicals, fluorspar is officially recognized by the U.S. Department of the Interior as a critical mineral vital for economic and national security.
